Using Templates for incident reviews in Jeli (Beta)

Templates in Jeli are helpful for organizations that have specific requirements or unique needs for post-incident review documentation, and in general to give folks a starting point for what to capture in the Executive Summary and Key Takeaways sections.

Creating templates can help you:

  • Keep all of your opportunity data in one place instead of across multiple docs
  • Create consistency in reporting across multiple teams
  • Streamline your process instead of spending time writing boilerplate

Templates in Jeli allow you to pre-define incident review templates for your Executive Summary and Key Takeaways fields. This article explains how to get started and use Templates in Jeli.
