Create a new workflow

Select Create Workflow

  • Add a name for the workflow describing what it does

  • Add a trigger to determine what action initiates the workflow

  • Add conditions around which incidents this workflow should run for (Optional)

  • Add a frequency for how often during the incident it runs

  • Add an action for the workflow to perform.

Edit Workflows

Select an existing workflow

  • From the dropdown menu on the right side, select Edit

  • Make any changes to the workflow, and save when done.

Duplicate Workflows

Select an existing workflow

  • From the dropdown menu on the right side, select Duplicate

  • A duplicate workflow will be created

  • Edit window will open to change any parameters for the duplicated workflow before saving it.

Delete Workflows

Select an exising workflow

  • From the dropdown menu on the right side, select Delete
