Using Templates for incident reviews in Jeli (Beta)
Templates in Jeli are helpful for organizations that have specific requirements or unique needs for post-incident review documentation, and in general to give folks a starting point for what to capture in the Executive Summary and Key Takeaways sections.
Creating templates can help you:
Keep all of your opportunity data in one place instead of across multiple docs
Create consistency in reporting across multiple teams
Streamline your process instead of spending time writing boilerplate
Templates in Jeli allow you to pre-define incident review templates for your Executive Summary and Key Takeaways fields. This article explains how to get started and use Templates in Jeli.
📣 Jeli Admins currently have the ability to create, edit, and delete templates. Reach out to an Admin to make any changes to existing templates in your Jeli instance.
