The Learning Center

The Learning Center provides a high-level view of the nature of incidents and incident response across an organization. As you import incident data into Jeli, via the IR bot, Slack or other sources, you begin the process of creating an opportunity on Jeli’s platform. By focusing on participation and on-call patterns, Jeli’s Learning Center helps surface the impact of opportunities on people, systems, and technology.

Filtering Data

All of the visualizations in the Learning Center can be filtered by time frame and opportunity tags.

Time frame: Select a time frame to expand or limit the opportunities included in the Learning Center visualizations. This will allow you to switch between viewing current and long-term trends in opportunity data.

Opportunity Tags: Specify tags to filter the opportunity data based on tags added to the opportunity during the investigation. These tags are additive, so the more tags you add to your filters, the larger the data set will be.
