Jeli

The Overview tab is available in the Report section of an opportunity that contains:

- By default this is determined by earliest message collected from Slack
- Editable in Narrative Builder under the Opportunity Start marker

- By default this is determined by latest message collected from Slack
- Editable in Narrative Builder under the Opportunity End marker

- Determined by the most recent import of data into the opportunity

- A <a href="https://github.github.com/gfm/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">markdown supported</a> text field to document a high level summary of the incident and investigation
- Click into the field to begin editing
- You can also use Jeli Templates to create your own template to use! Learn more <a href="https://docs.jeli.io/en/articles/8292713-using-templates-for-incident-reviews-in-jeli-beta">here</a>

- Tags are meta data that can applied to any opportunity to help with categorization, correlation and filtering

- Tells you what other opportunities may share similarities in Technologies, Services, etc. sourced using Opportunity Tags.

- Opportunity Start
