The People Data view allows you to get a sense of who was in an incident. Hovering over someone's name shows you information like how long they have been at the company, whether or not they're on-call and for what rotations.

This information can be a great source of insight in an investigation. This data allows you to gain insights around things like:

Anywhere in Narrative Builder when you hover over a participants name in a Slack message, their people data will be visible.
