Configure Jeli
Jeli-o there! Welcome to Jeli.io, we are so glad to have you! Our goal is to make signing up for Jeli as easy as possible.
Follow these 2 steps if you are a new Jeli customer or taking Jeli for a test drive using our 14 day free trial. If you already logged into the Jeli App, jump to step 2!

1) Log in to Jeli
In your web browser visit https://app.jeli.io/ , then log in to Jeli using your Google Workspace account.
2) Add your integrations
Jeli can be used for both incident response via our IR Bot and incident analysis via our Jeli App. Including the integrations from your tech stack creates a powerful tool for your incident management needs!
- From your Jeli App home page click on “Settings” in the left navigation menu (as shown below).
- Click on “Integrations” located in the top menu bar (as shown below)
- Then setup your integrations right inside Jeli!

Integrate with Slack
The Slack integration does two major things:
1. Links the Jeli IR Bot to Slack:
- To help those responding understand & communicate what’s happening.
- To keep those not involved in mitigation efforts informed on the action.
- Import Slack messages into the Jeli App.
2. Connects the Jeli App to Slack:
- You can import Slack channel messages after an incident into our Jeli App, which creates an opportunity for further investigation.
- Use the app for your learning review, to create an incident timeline and narrative, and export a report to share with your organization.

You’re now ready to start using Jeli! We recommend you spend some time playing around with the tool. Explore, experiment, mess around with it! Don’t worry, you can always delete the test opportunities you create while you’re getting familiar with the tool.
